“Design nel Pallone” (Design in the Ball) is an exhibition that took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil in early November, inspired by an object that is dear to both Italy and Brazil: the soccer ball.
Eleven young Italian designers were invited to reinterpret the SuperSantos ball to display the essence of Italian design.
The exhibit was curated by Francesca Molteni and Giulio Iacchetti and was part of the Festival of Creative Economy.
Brazil will host the 2014 Soccer World Cup.
