The first light of dawn, crisp air, lots of snow and breathtaking alpine sceneries. Combine with a hearty and delicious breakfast of traditional local flavors and you have “Trentino Ski Sunrise”, an initiative taking place at different ski resorts in Trentino every Saturday until March 22.
During the event, lifts open a few hours earlier than usual to let people experience the magic of the slopes at dawn. The event is not just for skiers and snowboarders, but also for those who like to snowshoe, and even for walkers, accompanied by local guides.
Before venturing on the slopes, a lavish “high-altitude” breakfast of milk, yogurt, fresh bread, apples, honey, meats, cheese, eggs, sweets and traditional recipes, with the participation of local producers, will be served at huts on the slopes and is sure to provide energy for all activities on the snow.
