Ciao a tutti :)

My name is Mike and i live in Mansfield,Nottinghamshire. I am married and have two grown up children , a daughter 27 and a son 24. I work for the good old Post Office and my wife Karen works in the accounts department of a large motor group. I have been reading Italy magazine for the best part of a year now but have only recently started using the forum.

I first visited Italy in 2001 when we stayed in Tuscany for 10 days and since then have developed a great passion and interest in all things Italian. Last year we visited Venice for the first time and Rome for the second time and this year we are spending two weeks in a Trullo in Puglia, we can't wait !!. I have been learning the language at evening classes since September an am making steady progress,,,,,,,,,,,,,i think !! :confused: . I am a big fan of Il Calcio Italiano particularly A.C. Siena, la prima squadra in Toscana and hope to get over to that beautiful city to attend a game. I enjoy the magazine very much and am beginning to get more involved in the Forum.Oh yes and one day in the not too distant future i would love to live in Italy it is my dream now.
