Italian teenagers Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto and Gianluca Ginoble - also known as the singing group Il Volo - will set yet another stage on fire tonight with a performance on American Idol (Thursday,
May 19th).
Il Volo got their start in 2009 on an Italian singing competition Ti Lascio Una Canzone wowing the country with their version of the classic "O Sole Mio."
Since then, the boys have traveled the worldpromoting their self-titled debut album, certified platinum in Italy and available in the US now. Fans can also check them out as featured artists on the CBS Early Show's Second Cup Cafe on Saturday, May 21st.
