Have you consulated a lawyer yet? I have a feeling these things take quite some time in Italy.. Hopefully we can have an expert jump in on this one.

You definitely need legal advice, as you have a "pro indiviso" which may have conditions attached... Take all relevant documents to a lawyer, including the original will and inheritance papers.Also, you could ask your sister whether she would be prepared to buy the remaining three shares. That may start her thinking...In any case, good luck!

It depends whether the property is indivisible or not. Probably it is, in which case the majority wins - in that your sister will have to buy your shares, or sell. BUt it will take a judge to force the issue

I doubt it. this is the reason many homes fall through. you need to take expert advice to see if you can force a sale
