Selling a ruin in Southern Marche

Hello

We have a lovely ruin to sell in Southern Marche near Montelparo. Does anyone have any suggestions for good estate agents who we could ask to sell this property?

I am looking for agents who actually have a marketing plan and a good web presence not the ”photo in a dusty window” dartboard approach . Also agents who target the Dutch/German etc. markets.

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated
