Hi..I was looking to do a type of B

Hi..I was looking to do a type of B&B near castiglione del Lago.. or a small place were they look after there self's .has someone done this ?could help me decide if it is liable to do and all the problems that I would encounter , can someone give me some good or even bad hints please..
