Enel Go

I have tried to signup for an Enel account using both the e-go app and the Enel webpage. However as have a UK address neither seem to accept. has anyone managed to find away around this?

Trying to use the e-go app to allow me to charge my electric vehicle when on holiday in Italy later this month.
