How does one survive in the winter here? I bought

How does one survive in the winter here? I bought a house with no heat. My realtor advised I install pellet stoves. I took his advice, but now, no one likes to deliver them and in fact, they only order a certain number of bags and it is still winter. I again, have no heat because I cannot get pellets. I am very disappointed in the commercialism of this whole pellet stove fad. I plan to have my electric upgraded in spring to a split system that has heat and AC, but I am lost as what I can do until I can get that accomplished.
