Hello,

I have a lovely roof apartment in Liguria. However in Dec 2019 the property was damaged by a storm and then Covid hit. My Insurance company loss adjusters never visited and the Insuarnce company are not very good. So the property has been left empty all this time as I haev been unable to visit. My builder is trying to get the other people in the building to share the cost of the roof repairs. However they are not replying and seem not to care although water is still elaking in and will damage their apartments. I'm really not sure what I can do other than write off the loss and sell as is.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can get the other owners to fulfill their legal obligations. I have been unwell for the last 3 months and cannot travel until October so really do not know what my options are.
