Old car - cheap insurance

My husband has just reminded me that if you have a car that is over twenty years old you can get very cheap insurance and reduced road tax. He has two old cars and the insurance for BOTH of them together is 100 Euros and the road tax bollo is 27 Euros each!!!!! No wonder Italians never get rid of their old cars!
