camping gas adapters

Does any body know if adapters for refilling red calorgas bottles can be purchased in Italy. If so where?. We have found that we can get the small blue camping gas bottles refilled but have so far failed on the red. We are looking for a male adapter to fit the female bottle. Any suggestions would be appreciated
