Car Driving to [and in] Italy on a UK

Car Driving to [and in] Italy on a UK Licence- post Brexit  IF No Deal reached.

I am driving down in March, and have had to plan for a 'No Deal' Brexit, just in case.

If No Deal - all UK Driving Licence holders will need to be aware of the following requirements;-

  1. You will need an International Drivers Permit [covers most of EU plus Switzerlans] - only available from UK Post Offices [NOT ON LINE] - cost £5.50 Note - special requirement for 2nd for also driving in Spain & Portugal.
  2. You will need a Green Card for your car insurance - recommended that yoou allow 4 weeks to get it from your insurer

[This is in additioon to other requirements if you have a dog in the car]

Hope this helps
