Hi. Can anyone help? I am an Australian/Italian national and mu Italian passport is due to expire in August. I have been trying to book an appointment at the consulate but cannot get a day on their ridiculous online booking system. Can anyone offer any advice on how I can get around it. The consulate is no help when you try to phone them, if you can ever get through. I understand you can do it by post, but I do not know tha AIRE I am registered in as the passport office has always just sent off the documentation (I have neer lived in Itay). Also I have since been married in Australia and therefore need to change my name on my passport. I cannot find out any information on what I need if anything in order to do this. Can anyone hellp me? Is there anyone who has been in a similar situation? Thanks in advance
