Why an English builder?  There are excellent local craftsmen in Umbria !

The reason I was looking for an English builder was my Italian is not up to the technical side of things.  If you have an Italian builder that you can recommend I would love to have that contact.  

What matters is not the builder, but the construction manager, who signs the restoration project, presents it at the offices of the municipality, follows and controls the companies that carry out the works.
