I am looking for a way to pay my Enel

I am looking for a way to pay my Enel bills. I see that Postepay cards are one option. Has anyone had problems or success getting one of these cards? Anyone with US citizenship or born in US succeeded in getting this card? Anything required beyond passport and codice fiscale?
