Near Pisa there is the Grand Hotel Continental in Tirrenia that is a 4 star hotel with private beach, 2 pools and 4 restaurants! Probably it is one of the best seafront hotel in Tuscany.

I think I would go somewhere in Tuscany, Monte Argentario is absolutely gorgeous otherwise Castiglione della Pescaia, there are so many options in Italy!

Sperlonga in Lazio. It is midway between Rome and Naples and the beach is very safe . I can recommend Albergo La Siranella which is situated right on the beach and sun beds and a large sun umbrella are included with the room .
