Hi folks! We are buying/renovating in Bracciano, just north of Rome (A3, build in the 1960s). Obviously we have done some basic research, but I know that there are cans of worms, red tape headaches and potential joy ahead...

We are in no rush, but want to explore the best option for us/this property. We do need some structural help to start with, hoping to break it down into a few projects and will also roll my sleeves up myself!!Thanks again.
