My mother just found out that she may own property in a town (campania) Castellaccio which is near Comiso and Victoria. She is the only living sibling. How can I find out who's name is on the deed and how we can go about selling it.
This is not a house but a piece of land that my mother is the sole owner. We just want to get information on the land and see if she can sell it. Would it be the same thing as you mentioned above? Thank you for your time.
Thank you for your help. I have a friend who lives in Ragus that I asked to help me. I will see what she finds. I tried looking onlin or deed names and can not find any website that does this.
