Elizabeth is a dot connector, tour guide and strategist with 20 years working at the intersection of food and sustainability. While her love story with Italy began years ago, she left her hometown of New York for Milan in 2015 on assignment as culinary producer with the James Beard Foundation for Expo Milano. She has written for Mold, Food Tank, Design Indaba and Eat Me Daily.
