Julie James is a doctoral candidate of Art History at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a current Samuel H. Kress Fellow with the Medici Archive Project in Florence. Her article, "Bedding Agostino Chigi: Sodoma's Marriage of Alexander and Roxanne at the Villa Farnesina," was published in 2021 with Sixteenth Century Journal.
