With work appearing in Life & Thyme Magazine, Darling Magazine, Wines & Vines, The Clever Root and Edible Communities, Jaime Lewis writes about food and drink as a lens on the human condition. She first came to Italy as a student of architecture history in 1999, but learned more about the pleasures of the table, returning ten years later to work in farms, agriturismi and vineyards across the country. She holds an advanced certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, was a fellow at the 2018 Symposium for Professional Wine Writers, and maintains a long-distance relationship with Italy from her home in California.
