Enel Lucca

  Does anyone know where the Enel offices are in Lucca?  We are not receiving bills and need to go and sort the correct address out with them!

The ENEL office are just off the roundabout on the road outside the walls that turns to Abetone the SS12, if that makes sense. Any probs then PM me and I'll try and send you a map. G

That That's great thank you.  It looks like it is just a bit further down the road after we turn off to go towards Abetone, which is probably why we have not seen it!  We will give it a go when we come over later this month. Thanks again

 I understand that ENEL does not deal with clients over the counter. They want everyone to contact them via telephone or email. Otherwise, I found an address for ENEL - Lucca at Viale S. Concordio 81. Perhaps this is the one mentioned by Gromit. Good luck!
