We have the phone, water, electric and TARI come through as bills and ALL have the address different. They have always been like that since we moved here and have always arrived. I do know of a reasonable size village whereby the comune renumbered ALL te houses. See how it goes or ask the comune if they have notified the poste.

Thank you for your comment. We do prefer an "if it aint broke don't fix it" approach to Italian paperwork!

be happy, someone, who is not you, will pay your IMU, and all your bills, but no user service provider, can't detach the service, you have not changed your home , address - :) ) :)
