Ciao everyone,

I am wondering how others are managing their properties during this pandemic, if you don't live there and thus can't visit. I am in London, but have a property 20 km from Spoleto near Monte Martano. I would love to find someone who could help with cleaning, checking for pest activity inside and do some garden maintenance.

If you have any advice, I would really like to hear from you!

You could try Googling to find any ex-pat forums in the area. If there are, then try to contact them.

One option is to ask neighbour who they could recommend for gardening as they might use or know someone. Another is ask the commune if they can advise on a gardener assuming it is a small place. Finally check if there is a Pro Loco in the place who can sometimes help or point you in the right direction.
