absolutely no problem , go to another bank, to open a new bank accounrt , and ask the transfer of all direct debts, the new bank provides autonomously

All banks are expensive, not just for running the account but each time you make a transaction. To save money make sure you can do online banking. This will probably mean that you'll need an Italian phone.

I do online banking and use a non Italian phone where I get my access text when I log on.
