The Motor Show returns to Bologna in Emilia-Romagna from 5 to 9 December 2012.
Popular with car and motorbike enthusiasts, the Motor Show – also known as the International Automobile Exhibition – is in its 37th year. Last year more than 856,000 people attended the show, which is held at the BolognaFiere exhibition centre. Leading motor manufacturers will display new products and the latest technological innovations at the show, which features interviews with racing-car drivers, fashion shows and competitions.
There will be more than 300 exhibitors at this year’s show, which covers all kinds of motor transport, from family cars and motorcycles, to sledges and vintage racing cars. Exhibitors will also display car-maintenance products, car accessories, oils, lubricants, batteries and tyres.
Leading car manufacturers will provide test-driving opportunities to visitors in outdoor areas and inside the MotorSport Arena. The arena is dedicated to live events that have captured the attention of millions of visitors in previous years. Past events staged at the arena include Pit Stop organised by the Ferrari Formula 1 racing team and 27 Memorial Bettega races in which leading international rally champions have gone head to head.
The arena will also be the stage for Speed Days comprising a weekend of motorsport performances and competitions sponsored by Red Bull, including the Red Bull Kart Fight World Final.
Tickets for the show can be purchased online for €16.
