The world’s biggest rideable motorcycle is Italian and was recently entered into the Guinness World Records.
At 5.10 meters high (16ft 8.78 in) and 10.28 meters long, the world’s Largest Rideable Motorcycle beat the previous record held by the American Monster Cycle, which was 3.5 meters tall and 6.2 meters long.
The motorcycle was created by product designer Fabio Reggiani of Regio Design, based in Reggio Emilia, with a team of eight people. It took seven months to build. It is powered by a 5.7L V8 engine, running at 280 hp.
The motorcycle was ridden over a 100-m course at Montecchio Emilia.
Reggiani has recently added additional wheels for stability. As reported on the Guinness World Records website, he said he never tires of the public reaction to his creation, with his favorite response being: “O mamma mia come è grande!!!” [“Oh my mother, how big it is!”].
