Hi does anyone make there own bread? in particular wheat free, using speltflour. Have tried doing a search but very little joy. I have read that the amount of bread being produced in Italy has risen dramaticaly since 2008.

Hello everyone. We have a new build in Cassino and as a result a bare piece of land.I researched the local area and I have to say that if I had the knowledge and another life I would love to start up a nursery neat and tidy. Names prices, order of type etc. Or should I say just like back home. I did order plants from a local established family run nursery and the only way to order was via a fax at a tobacconist that they knew. We asked for delivery for the second day of our stay but waited an extra two days for various excuses and then received plants that they decided to substitute due to not having the plants asked for. So now as before we purchase, send or take our own, purchased from a fine nursery in Buckinghamshire called Buckinghamshire Nurseries. Its sad but it does seem easier to purchase in the Uk
Hi just noticed your comment about internet in Cassino I had seen that there was a connection at Mac`s. So when I was over at our house in Cassino I checked it out but was dissapointed as I could not get a conection I only tried in the car park. I then went into Cassino and tried several spots near the Esso petrol station and found an unsecured connection I received and sent emails and left I believe its ilegal to use a connection like this. Is this true? Anyway I look foreward to seeing if there is going to be further progress in the public Wi Fi. David

Hello Ram, Thank you for your reply. Does not seem like "a gentlemans agreement" is possible we did not really want to get into a long term agreement for various reasons. Will we be able to terminate this contract with reasonable notice? Can we add points such as no holes to be drilled or nails put into walls without permission? Can we have the contratto in Italian & English? Sorry for so many questions. The apartment is furnished & the renters are not of the same comune to our knowledge. Look foreward to your reply, or any other information that we should be aware of & yes could you send us a blank contratto. Kind regards David

Hi ref gas prices & tanks we do not live in Italy only visiting when we can. we have been told that we cannot get a tank as our usage would not be great enough. we hope to rent out our downstairs appartment but am concerned that the large bottle would not be manageable by most people due to its weight. Also has anyone purchased a tank so as to be able to shop around for best prices? Cheers David
