Doe's anybody know a van hire company in uk that will let you drop off in Italy. Hoping to move to Marche april but still hav'nt made our minds up how we will get our stuff out.Any idea's welcome.
Hi, Thanks for the feedback unfortunately we live miles away from you in Le Marche but I am happy to do whats necessary to get our electrics safe. The appliances I have purchased in Italy are cooker and water heater of which neither are connected to the mains at the moment due to the warning supplied "THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED" so we still have no hot water :( obviously the sooner the better for getting the water heater installed. Where can I get the necessary earth rod from? you have stated an electrical dealer do you mean BRICO or somewhere similar? Our house has a 6KW mains (upgraded from 3KW) 2 wires exit F/N and then the electrics go all over the place from a junction box to the ground floor and upstairs(typically Italian) on 1st floor there is a small RCD box but all cables are sunk into the wall and thats it no sign of an earth supply.
We have been looking for 4 months now for the best way to go with the internet and our only option left is satellite. We have paid for all the other options and none are any good cant skype or open emails. so have looked into the pricing of satellite systems . Why is your system so expensive per month?
We could do with some advice we will have a ground source heat pump system when we can afford it, but at the moment need to know how we can prepare for it as a building is at its early stages of repair. We have an area near to the house that is going to be flooded for a pond and would like to put the pipes in the bottom. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks for your advice on this subject, I have been offered some work just a few weeks and not sure what a fair price is. Been here nearly 4 months and need an income to keep going, so any work appreciated.

We have just had 4 tons delivered and it was 13 euro's per 100kg and we are still stacking it.

I suppose it all boils down to what someone will pay for a job well done, word of mouth is powerful advertising.

Hi Badger You seem to know an awful lot about GSHP is it your business or did you teach yourself?
Can you get any tv on it and what area do you live in.
