Four-Course Countryside Inspired Menu
A simple style menu for a special meal in the garden or in the countryside.
It starts with freshly picked fried sage leaves, moves on to a classic Penne all'Arrabbiata, followed by rabbit Liguria-style, and finishes off with a nice raspberry sorbet.
You can go for the full four-course version or keep it light and skip the pasta.
If you do not eat rabbit, you can use chicken instead.
