Erchie is a town in the province of Brindisi in Apulia, on the south-east Italy coast. Its main economic activities are tourism and the growing of olives and grapes. The town contains some interesting sights: the neoclassical Cathedral, the church of San Nicola, the Santuario di Santa Lucia and the Grotta dell'Annunziata.
