Sarnano (Marche)

Sarnano is a town in the Province of Macerata, in the Italian region Marche, in the heart of Sibillini Mountains. It is a bustling, perfectly preserved jewel of a medieval town and has been named one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Among the religious buildings is the church of Santa Maria Assunta and the Abbey of St Blaise in Piobbico. Along the valley of the Terro rise the remains of the Hermitage of Soffiano: the hermitage was constructed in 1101 with the support of some wealthy lords on the request of local religious people wishing to live the life of hermits in the tradition of oriental monks.

We are retiring in two years from US and I read an article to reach out about best to leave money in US bank account. I may have consulting income after I receive social security in two years. Do I have to pay taxes in Italy on income too? Or on social security?
