It depends on which contract you have. If its a 4+4 contratto libero you are responsible for manutenzione ordinaria and some straordinaria, TARI, bills and utilities. If its a contratto transitorio then the landlord is responsibile for much more including some of the TARI.
By pozzo I meant septic tank - DONT put wcnet in your well if its your drinking water!
I use it about once a month. If I have to use chemical in the loo then I chuck a sachet in the day after so rebalance the system. And put one in when you go. HOwever to clean your loo, use things like vinegar and bicarbonate of soda.
If you have limescale the best thing is a piece of pumice stone - you can get ones on amazon or eBay, and itll clean the loo without scratching the enamel.
You can only pay an F24 from an Italian bankaccount
Assuming you have that you will need to choose F24 semplificato from the dropown menu.
Thisyear things have changed so you will need to pay only the tax code 3918 which will be the sum of the of the TASI and IMU. As you are selling in July you will need to pay 7 months of IMU.
alternatively call hte iMu office in the comune ask them to calculate it and give you the IBAN for payments from abroad and you can send a bank transfer. Or ask your estate agent to do it for you.

I have a pozzo and can confirm that WCNet is fantastic - chuck a sachet in the loo and it saves you all manner of problems.
