I wonder if someone may be able to help me ? In 2005 we purchased some land and property. The intention was to set up an Agri Tourism. We were unable to stop the infiltration of hunters onto the land and eventually abandoned the venture in 2007.
Faenza (Emilia Romagna)
Faenza is a city in the province of Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna. It is home to a historical manufacture of majolica-ware glazed earthenware pottery, known from the name of the town as faience.
Faenza's architectural attractions are concentrated in the two contiguous main squares: Piazza del Popolo, lined by two double order porticoed wings, and Piazza della Libertà, with the Cathedral built in the late 15th century and the monumental Fountain of the early 17th century. The city boasts other important monuments in the city centre, Palazzo Milzetti (1792-1805) with its interior decorated in tempera, the elegant Teatro Masini, the City Art Gallery, the Pinacoteca Comunale and the Carlo Zauli Museum.
Faenza can be visited all year round thanks to the packed programme of events, fairs, and ceramic market exhibitions, such as the Pot Thrower’s World Championship “Mondial Tornianti”, and the “100 km del Passatore”, a marathon run along the Florence-Faenza route and the Palio del Niballo, one of the oldest jousting tournaments.

Ciao a tutti
Might anyone have a flat/house a family of three-four could rent between 1 Sept-30 Nov 2023 in Modena? I’m a researcher on sabbatical visiting from New Zealand. Options like Airbnb and Stayz are ridiculously expensive for such a long period.
Grazie mille,

Holiday Rental
We have residency in Italy and are thinking of renting out our property in Emilia-Romagna through Airbnb and have a few questions which we hope someone may be able to help us with:-
1. How easy is the registration process through the SCIA?
