Magione is a town in the Province of Perugia, in the Italian region Umbria, located on the eastern shore of Lake Trasimeno. To the east is the Autodromo dell'Umbria, an operating automobile and motorcycle circuit of the national level. The most important building is the Castle of the Knights of Malta, one of the most beautiful in Umbria. Other sights are the church of San Giovanni Battista, the church of Madonna delle Grazie and the Torre dei Lombardi. La Valle nature reserve situated within the Regional Park of Trasimeno is of great interest.
